I would like to Thank AMID logistics for their great help and support...I dealt with many (2-3) logistics companies to transport heavy/big items to my location in Saudi Arabia Jeddah but I was not treated like AMID treat me as valuable customer but I have one suggestion and you will be one of top best if you can do it:
As international reqular buyer, I'am not aware of the procedures and needed documents that is required to be able to ship my items.
So I suggest that you make a list of what needed in advance and if I selected a local pickup... with address and phone details... you are the one who make sure to get all necessary documents from the seller not the buyer...
If is difficult for an international buyer to be in between in you and keep following up with both (logitics and his seller) and keep your customer busy sending emails in between
this is very bad specially for busy customers/clients
